1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and German civil law (§ 355 BGB).
The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods. If you have ordered multiple products in a single order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear, unambiguous statement. You may use one of the following methods:

Your withdrawal notice should include the following information:
- Your full name and address;

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (i.e. the least expensive delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be processed using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Returning the Goods
You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated at the time of your order.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but you should not use it beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to ensure safe transit and proper processing of your return.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 312g(2) BGB and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- The supply of goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery;
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
As OptiMotion is a sealed dietary supplement, the right of withdrawal for opened (unsealed) packages may be excluded for hygiene and health protection reasons. Products returned with an intact seal will be accepted for a full refund subject to the conditions above.
8. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive goods that are damaged during transit or are defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at help-center@musclesrrelbowel.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory warranty rights under §§ 434–442 BGB.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
10. Statutory Warranty Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434–442 BGB), which provide for a limitation period of two years from delivery for claims relating to defective goods. You may also be entitled to additional consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers in the EU. You can access it at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Changes do not affect returns initiated before the publication of the updated policy.
